FAQ

If you have a query that is not answered here please get in touch with us at info@creechpartyinthepark.com.

Afterdark:  When will tickets go on sale and how much will they cost?
Tickets for the AfterDark event will go on sale in the Spring – please see the tickets page for full details.

Afterdark: Can I camp overnight?
Camping is not something we anticipate happening in the future. Several of our volunteers stay in campervans on-site over the weekend to act as overnight security to safeguard equipment. However, this is not something we will offer to the general public.

Afterdark: Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. Party in the Park costs over £20,000 to put on, therefore we rely heavily on our sponsors, ticket sales, and most importantly bar sales. Without the profit from the bar the event simply would not be able to happen. This is why we ask everyone to only buy their drinks from the bar and not bring their own on to site. Our professional security team will be patrolling to enforce this rule.

We are happy to listen to suggestions about what the bar should stock and do our best to keep bar prices low while still making a profit.

Afterdark: Can we bring our own food?
No. There will be numerous food options on site.  Creech Party in the Park costs over £20,000 to put on therefore we rely on our food vendors payment to help run the event.  If the food vendors do not make a profit, then they will not want to come again and therefore ticket prices may have to rise.  Please support us and the food vendors by buying your food from them, and not bringing your own in.

Afterdark: Will there be fireworks?
No. As the field is extremely close to the M5, fireworks are not a good idea and will not be happening at any future event.

Afterdark: Will strobe lighting be used?
No. We have double checked with the DJ and bands and confirm that no strobe lights will be used.

How do I get involved?
If you would like to volunteer to help out at the event please message us on Facebook or email us on info@creechpartyinthepark.com.

If you are a business that can help us out by sponsoring the event with cash or a service then please do contact us as we would love you to be involved.

Refreshments: What food will be on offer?
This changes every year but will usually include things like: chocolates, cakes, candyfloss, bakery, fish n chips, curry, pizza, hog roast, burgers & sausages, ice cream.  Most caterers will cater for GF, Vegan and Vegetarian diets.

Refreshments: Will vegetarian/gluten free/vegan food be on offer?
All the food is supplied by external caterers and we specifically request that they offer a vegetarian option. It will be up to the vendors if they also cater for other restricted diets such as gluten free or vegan.

Tickets: How much are tickets?

  • Adults/Teenagers = £10
  • Child – £2
  • Aged 5 and under = FREE

Tickets: When are tickets on sale?
Tickets will go on sale in the Spring. See the ticket page for full details.

Tickets: Where can I buy tickets?
We will announce this in the Spring. See the ticket page for full details.

Will there be a dog show?
No. Dogs are not allowed at the Recreation Park and there is already a yearly dog show that happens at The Bell, so this is not something we want to add to the PIP event.
